Danny Green
President & CEO Mr. Green has been in the construction
industry since 1973 and established DMG in 1977. Under his
guidance, DMG has successfully grown and expanded the scope
of operations to include all sizes of projects. Mr. Green
oversees the daily operations of the business. Professional
affiliations include the United Masonry Contractors Association,
where he has served as President and as a member of the
board. Mr. Green Mr. Green has also served as President
of the Texas Masonry Council.
Mike Blackburn
Vice President & COO Mr. Blackburn has been in the construction
industry since 1977. He joined DMG in 1992 as Chief Estimator.
Since that time, Mr. Blackburn has become Vice-President
and COO of DMG. Mr. Blackburn is a 1977 graduate of Howard
Payne University. Professional affiliations include the
United Masonry Contractors Association
G. Troy Smith
Controller / CFO Mr. Smith graduated from Abilene Christian
in 1992 with a BBA in accounting. He received his CPA in
1993. After three years in public accounting with a primary
focus on the construction industry he joined DMG as Controller/CFO.
Professional affiliations include the AICPA and the TSCPA.
Mr. Smith currently serves on the Finance Committee of the
Texas Masonry Council.
Tony Magers
Project Manager / Field Superintendent Mr. Magers is a fourth
generation bricklayer and has been in the construction industry
since 1980. He joined DMG in 1989. Mr. Magers has worked
in all operational capacities of DMG.
Bill Van Meter
Project Manager / Field Superintendent Mr. Van Meter has
been in the commercial masonry construction industry since
1979. He joined DMG in 1992 as a foreman. Currently Mr.
Van Meter is the Field Manager overseeing all projects.
Randy Jurgens
Field Superintendent Mr. Jurgens is a second generation
bricklayer and has been in the construction industry since
1977. He joined DMG in 1988 and has served in all aspects
of the business.
Mike Green
Estimator/Project Manager - Arkansas Division Mr. Green
has over 25 years experience in the masonry and construction
industry, primarily in Arkansas. He is currently responsible
for overseeing our operations there.
Cleve Magers
Safety Director Mr. Magers joined DMG in 2001 and is responsible
for a comprehensive company wide safety program, spearheading
our focus on safety.
DMG also employs over 400 other staff members, foremen
and masons, many of whom rate among the best in the business.
The combined credentials of the DMG staff all lend to
the superior qualifications for any project in which we
become involved.
